Flowers In The Rain Redux

I don't know what these flowers are, but they look so nice against the dead leaves.

It was a rainy afternoon when I strolled down to the bridge, which you can see in the extras. There has a been a bridge on this site since 1288, although there was probably a crossing point here before then. It was widened in 1755 and remained essentially the same ever since, except for the footbridge on the eastern side. It is a protected national structure and a breeding site for Daubenton's bats, which makes it even more special.

Finally, I managed to get a picture of a rainbow next to a tree which was showing distinct signs of Autumn.

Choon.
