Lanai electrical passed inspection

Whoo-hoo! The electrician came on Thursday and installed the wires and receptacles for the two ceiling fans we will have on our lanai. It was the same man who did our electric when we did our kitchen over 2 years ago, nice! He also set up and installed some needed flood lights on the roof to light up the dock and backyard. The next day the inspector came. We passed on the electrical and the roof was approved for going ahead with the roof shingles, phew. It will be great to have a permanent roof on. And, our contractor is coming back next week to frame the stairs. Then the framing of the structure still need inspection when that is done, but we are good to go on shingling the roof. The floor needs another layer too, so it can support tile but we are looking good and moving along, slow but sure . . .  :o) Asia is doing well, a photo of her relaxing on the dock in the extras!
