A Ribbed Sky

Had a walk this afternoon, via our best friends to drop off some presents.  You almost had an image of the new car on the drive; a very sporty little number with tyres so low profile you wondered whether there was any air in them at all!

But as we walked back I was taken by the sky above, which had this amazing wave like pattern of light and dark from horizon to horizon.  We passed Isaac Pools and took advantage of calm conditions to take a reflected image.  This is a 5 shot pano, hand held at a ridiculous ISO.  You can only marvel at the ability of modern cameras and software to capture, stitch and clean up the images.
