Behind the wire

Regeneration of our town centre square has begun.
It'll have flower beds where you can sit on the edges, and one of those fountain things that shoots up out of the ground when you're walking over it.
It'll cost more than three million pounds, and the council think this will attract  new shoppers to a town where there are loads of shops that have lain empty for years.
We'll see.
