Goldcrest
We got up early today to go on a guided walk at Gibraltar Point to see the start of the autumn migration and the ringing station. This little chappie was being ringed and won the day for the cute factor! He weighs only 5 grams and flies to us for the winter across the north sea. We also saw lots of Linnets (see extra) and plenty of Teal that were occasionally spooked by something and took off all together.
