Two bunches of flowers in quick succession - amazing! These were from a friend of Roy's from childhood days, who brought his mum over for afternoon tea today. He & his wife are visiting from Devon, and as his mum is in a home near us ( also near her youngest son ) they came across today for an outing. She remembers a lot from the past though she does get the brothers mixed up, and enjoyed looking at pictures of Roy's parents, who she recognized immediately! Roy has been in to see her a few times, and she's obviously very happy in her new home - we both had an invite to visit again, so she must have enjoyed herself today ;)
