Memorial Day Out

A year ago today we lost our first dog Tooty after a long battle with cancer. (If you're reading this on the main website, the 'one year ago' blip bottom right is from just before we went to the vets with her for the last time).

Today we remembered her by going to the seaside! We used to take her to a lovely dog-friendly stretch of beach at a spot up on the north-east coast by the name of Hunmanby Gap. Today we went up there with her successor (and briefly, tormentor) Jasper, who loved running up and down the wet sands as much as she did. Then we stopped at the beachside caff for a chip butty and a scone. It's what she would have wanted...
