Local ale

We're off to a party tomorrow, one of Sav's mates down in the West Country. We've decided to take him some local beers as a gift. The local Co-op was full of West Country and Southern beers! Managed to find these three from Marston's, so tomorrow morning we'll be hunting down beers from the other main local brewery, Bass.

Ironically, Bass, which was once the biggest brewery in the U.K. was bought out in 2000, and has been moved along to new owners twice since then. Bass beer is now produced under license at Marston's brewery, because another brewery ( Molsen Coors ) has taken over the old Bass brewery.
