My six year old granddaughter drew this picture and I was astounded by the level of detail.
A friend commented: "This is really special detail.....the hand holding and the slanted smile on mom! Little brother on the same level with dog. She's talented!
"Even dad is in front in a protective position. I love children's art!

I noticed her use of negative space when drawing her dog, her dad's arm.

I am a grandma!
