On a jolly to Sheffield Park Gardens, a National Trust property in Sussex.
We were a few weeks early for the full spectrum of Autumn colour but there was enough to keep us clicking away for a few hours. The joy of visiting a place like this with a fellow photographer is no one minds when the conversation abruptly stops while one or both of us found an interesting leaf or view before picking up where we left off.
After yesterday's blue skies we'd hoped for a repeat today. The sun was playing coy peeking out between the clouds on occasion which had us scurrying back to the lake to get the reflection shots.
A most enjoyable day, thanks Karen x
