Didn't expect to have to change into shorts for an afternoon reading on the patio....... and was still too hot. This time tomorrow I will be squelching over the Neglected Garden with the temperature many degrees below this and the central heating on indoors.  We may have some more visits in the next few weeks but no getting away from the fact that we will be based on the mainland until April.  Boo hoo!  Where can I buy a lottery ticket?
