Waiting Room Joy

When we were in Las Vegas last week, we went on the long hot track down the Strip and managed to find the Apple Shop in the Forum shopping Centre.  There was method in our madness. SHH had suggested that we should invest in the clip-on lenses for my iPhone to "play with".  So we bought it/them!

We had a look at them on the plane coming home, and found out that my screen protector would need a bit of surgery to enable the lens to clip on properly and we performed said surgery yesterday.  At least, SHH did.  Today we had to go to the hospital for them to look at my dodgy thumb so I decided to take the lens with me as I was anticipating a long wait.  As it turned out, it wasn't too long but I did have time to investigate the very clever little clip which contains a 10x macro, a 5x macro, a wide angle and a fisheye.  The macros seemed quite amazing but you do have to be very close.  I snapped Rob's skin on his ankle from about 1cm and it was incredibly detailed, but I was really taken with the fisheye!  So here is the waiting room at the Hospital as seen through my new fisheye lens on my phone!  What fun!
