Windy!

It was a bit of a hectic day with work, physio, work.

The physio decided in his wisdom to try and mobilise my back and pressed repeatedly along my spine so I could hardly breath. The muscles around it weren't having any of it and decided to clamp tightly around my spine as he was doing it. Im not too impressed that I feel like I have gone back 2 weeks but I guess he knows what he's doing. At least I hope he knows what he's doing. So I walked out feeling worse than when I walked in but fingers crossed its just a little 'blip' in my progress. I took some painkillers and another diazepam when I got home from work (that was sitting in a windy park for 2 hours!!) and lay down with my hottie (thats a hot water bottle, not my husband, just incase you were getting confused!).

When I did get home from work, I found the Sun Brolly had gone for a little jolly across the patio, scattering pot plants about and snapping a rose. I had to wait for Mr W, my Hottie, to sort that one out!! It certainly was a windy day and think possibly the end of our Glorious October Weather.
