Iain asked me yesterday if I would take him for some new 'threads' sometime in the next couple of weeks, as he is going to Blackpool for the weekend with the bowling club at the end of the month. Today was the only day I could guarantee to spend the amount of time we would need, so we headed off to the Designer Outlet. This is the water feature in the main atrium, I think on large you will be able to see the very fine sprays of water that keep these metal pyramids constantly on the move. it is very soothing, perhaps that's the point!

Lunch is always part of any day out with Iain, today it was mexican, then we hit the shops. not a bad haul - shirt, new jacket and a very snazzy pair of Calvin Klein sleep trousers in candy striped pink and blue -bacause, as Iain said, he is very secure in his maculinity!!! actually they were the only ones in his size!! home to catch up with blip and the sunday paper then later the closing ceremony.
