Another evening on the beach

Another lovely sunny day, although a bit chillier than last week. Weigh in day proves that despite the gaffe last week with uncallibrated scales and thousands of calories imbibed in wine at the weekend, I have lost another pound bringing the total so far to 1stone 3lbs! Only another 2stone to go before I can wing walk and 3 for me to be mega happy!
