Happy Land

Took this photo walking home just after 21:00 at the end of another one, virtually identical to yesterday and the day before that, blah blah. It's a bit of a visual metaphor, y'know, light behind the imprisoning fence that's surrounded in darkness..... very much like writing an MA thesis/dissertation, is it not? Well it appealed at the time. I was probably delirious. Then got home and totally forgot to upload it. Well, that has never happened before and I think is significant. Too much time in the library writing in fluent Academia is clearly, or obliquely, making me senile. See recent Blips for evidence. There are those who will say I was already on the way to Happy Land, and to them I say, "and where were you when Kennedy was shot?" oh, and Happy Christmas.

The fact that there is barbed wire around the perimeter fence of campus is of course another issue...
