Lavoir, Héricy

Our beautiful autumn weather continues, though the breeze made it feel a little cooler. Knowing it would interest me from a photographic viewpoint, Roger mentioned yesterday evening he had noticed another lavoir (wash-house) in Héricy  while out on his bike ride. I had known there was one in Héricy, but I hadn't discovered it before. So this afternoon, I extended my walk along the river to Héricy, and continued up the hill to the lavoir, so I could add it to my series.
