Essential race preparation
Andy's essential race prep for tomorrow has involved a lie in, eating half a pint of blueberry cheesecake posh ice cream, and changing the tyres on his bike to super-go-fast ones! I'm hoping my tyres are super-go-slow ones because I'm planning an assault on Mount Seymour a few hours ahead of him. I don't think my legs would cope if they were expected to go fast uphill. Oh what am I doing?!
