Autumn

As if by magic, the change of month heralded the first real autumnal morning. We were in Aberfoyle for the JEC Relays and this was the warm up area 30 minutes before the start. The relays were fast and furious and the weather glorious. We ran the course afterwards; it was wet and very muddy.
