...from the SHINE walk, that I've refilled and reused several times since. It reminds me, and is good for BCAM.

A wonderful African drums workshop today as part of Black History Month. Gosh.....I love the way drumming goes deep inside and vibrates through the body! It was a privilege to have a little time to watch and appreciate the language of this instrument and to see even the youngest pupils copy a rhythm and to learn how to increase volume and speed in unison. SO enlivening! 

We walked this evening. It was dark by 7.30 but mild and it was good to  make the most of these rain free days. A wet evening won't be so inviting I fear...
