Sofa (so good!)

Here we are - resolving the blippinglessness of the sofa referred to yesterday.  Don't underestimate the size/weight - even the 'coffee table' is a two-person lift.

Everything other than the planters is re-use of 'waste'. The stone slabs found in various locations; the bricks dug out of the garden and the path chippings were those previously burying the paving in the courtyard.

Off to the dump with a car full of accumulated non-reusable rubbish extracted from the garden. Why do people park in the roadway rather than back into the 'dumping' spaces; don't Audi's have a reverse gear?

Afternoon mainly in the garden disposing of the pile of debris that formed yesterday. The current working area is now clear - but probably only until tomorrow...
