The extravagance

I used to buy flowers all the time. It was my one big extravagance.

I haven't bought any for a year or four. Our wonderful local florist closed down and if there were any flowers available, they were just nothing in comparison.

A new shop in town with a bit of style about it is offering flowers occasionally.

That's to be encouraged I say.

So here's the first purchase.
