Strange bird

This morning, Swannie had to go into Gala and as she walked out of the car park at the Transport Interchange, she noticed this strange bird sitting on the grass. Now, I do like watching the birds but I think this one would be a bit boring as it just sits there. It doesn't even look like it is sitting on eggs!
