A wet, misty and lovely rainy day. After a morning walk a very quiet day reading, a kip and watching Thunderbird 6 the movie with junior.
I loved Thunderbirds as a kid (designed a whole new squad of vehicles) and it's making a return amongst the much flasher superheroes, Shaun the Sheep and Wii games.

The usual story line, dastardly bloke sporting wild eyebrows with plans of world domination,mega rich Tracy family and blue spectacled Brains thwarting plans and of course Lady Penelope with trusty sidekick Parker (you rang m'lady?).
Fantastic! The sets surely designed by Mary Quant.
Here lady P is looking a tad Barbara Cartlandish and having dragged herself out of the silken sheets flies a Tiger Moth rescuing a Tracy lad, Brains and poor old Parker who ends up dangling in a tree.

A thrilling Sunday afternoon??
