Dry as a stick

We are still without rain and with reservoirs and dams at all time lows, watering the garden is restricted to limited amounts after 6pm and before 6am.  To top it off we have a chilly wind blowing which is also drying out the soil.

Arnie set the tone for his first day back as a pensioner by going back to bed as I left for work.  You can really go off some people!
