Bad Sport

I associate sport with school days
When I was forced to run
Around pitches and across country
In races that I never won

So I've come late to the party
I've missed most of the fun
I've only decided to look in
Now that it's almost done

But I appreciate that some of you will suffer
Many will be bereft
After the party is over
And all of the athletes have left

It's all over now, baby blue
