Hawk Mountain

I finally got up to Hawk Mountain to see my 2nd place photo on display - it's been up since February and this year's entry deadline is quickly approaching, so I figured it was now or never. Hawk migration is peaking as well, but as usual, I didn't see any - it was a nice hike, tho. And I saw loads of these salamanders/newts. And a very friendly chippie. Who I was definitely NOT feeding my granola to.
