Figs
I love figs and got a brilliant recipe out the Herald on Saturday. Stuff the figs with raspberries, scrape vanilla pods then use the pods to skewer the figs for the oven. Meanwhile make a whisky cream with double cream, vanilla seeds, icing sugar and whisky, I used Laphroaig - just scrummy.
