Be careful

Not a good picture today - just a reminder to be careful when walking in dark areas :-( My hands and one elbow hurt where I caught myself and I've cut my knee but it isn't serious, the chinos did their job and protected me somewhat. I don't think there's anything permanently broken other than the phone which as a 2012 model was well past its prime anyway. 

Being offline for a bit will probably be good for mindfulness and de-stressing anyway - it's a good reminder that there's a high definition world all around us that we're better off paying attention to than ignoring!
