Had Bryn and Geoff over for lunch, and very enjoyable it was too! Extra of Geoff being bullied into helping Zion do a puzzle!

Andy had Zion so I could go to the evening service, Ignite did a great job. But felt ill by the end and ended up a shivering, sore throat, headachey mess in bed! Took a cocktail of natural and unnatural remedies and managed to sleep - though distirbed several times by a crying Zion - presumably also with a sore throat - as he's losing his voice (yes we have got pomegranate skin - mum - and have been drinking it!) poor lad - seemed fine this morning though.
