Playing with fire

This morning we finally got round to burning our very modest burn pile. There wasn't much and most of this flame is kerosene! with which I doused the pile and got it going pretty well. When it is cold , we can clean up the ash and probably next year, seed it again. We don't really want to have a permanent burn pile.

Another good day and rain is forecast tonight and through Thursday.
