Hide and eat

I spent about 15 minutes watching squirrel antics this afternoon. Four appeared and began snacking on the peanut feeders and on the sunflower hearts on the bird table. We had the usual gymnastics as they showed off how to hang from the feeders with one foot and sit atop the feeders looking cute. This wee one decided to take his snack into the undergrowth, where he hoped he wouldn't be spotted. Another one ( see extra) tried to disguise himself as a tree trunk.
