War Veteran Sculpture

Was assessed at Cardiac Rehab this morning and because I appear to be doing OK decided to venture uphill today on my walk.  This is a sculpture in Campbell Park which I haven't noticed before.
It took me a while to climb the steep hill, but was worth it as glorious sunshine and spectacular views.
Off to visit my sister in York for a dew days - may blip if I can get my iphone or ipad to do what I expect.  At the moment I get more surprises than results.  I know my sister has planned a busy few days as she and her husband are very organised!
It will involve a lot of eating!
(To remind me of how unfit I am a couple of young chaps were running up the hill to the beacon - I assume as some fitness programme which is more advanced than mine)
