Bay watching

It was an  early start today, as J had to have a blood test at the doc's. I walked down to the gym,  and afterwards came straight  home.  After a coffee, J had to go to cut a friends lawn, as he is still recovering from an operation. It's another lovely day, so a soon as he got back, we went for a drive to Southerndown. You can see Dunraven Bay in the distance.
