Panthers

What a lovely day.

More wake boarding and both Steve and I had a go. I looked hopeless but did manage to pop up and hang on for awhile. I remember being more capable of these things in my past. Steve did well but my best photo captured him as he fell so he said I could NOT blip it.

I did a high speed shop at the mall and ran two miles as well. The two miles was necessary to honour the amazing achievements of Mo Farah. What an amazing runner! I do not want the Olympics to end.


This evening we saw a pre-season Panthers game. It is a slow game compared to football or rugby but I tried to remember the rules.
