Winding Down

We didn't get much food from these bean plants, but they sure are pretty to look at. I'm thinking of trying to cook the dried beans and see what happens.

Today was a cooking day. A batch of granola, a few trays of tomatoes in the dryer. And a pot of chili made from a new recipe that includes beer, cocoa and coffee. A 12-ounce beer, specifically. Instructions say, "Take two sips of beer and pour the rest in the pot."
