Lemon Meringue Pie

Inspired by watching this being made on the GBBO, I made this for pud today. I don't know what Paul & Mary would have thought of it but it all got eaten and no soggy bottom :)

It was a Delia recipe - made it loads of times and it never fails. Could have done with bigger eggs though, meringue was lacking in volume.
