From dusk to dawn

A gorgeous sunny day, and although chilly a lovely sunrise at the leisure centre, sunny all day and so a lovely sunset too!

A fairly quiet day, swimming (which was a bit frustrating as there were some new swimmers today, who were all rude - the chap in the lane next to me was very upset as he has been suffering with stress and this one woman pulled his feet for a whole length so he went into a slower lane, and one in my lane who was constantly changing speeds and never at the right speed for the fast lane!  Eventually I moved into the faster lane), then back home to watch the Grand Prix - the middle was a bit boring but the start and end were good.  Karma played a part today in more ways than one, so very pleased for Danny Ric!
