Harvest Festival......

...today and there were some amazing floral decorations, all combining flowers and vegetables so creatively. I was a little late in getting my photos and some had started to be taken down but this one was very appropriate for BCAM. Beautiful shiny aubergines!

SweetArt joined the worship group and it was just like 'old times'....17 years ago! I had been asked to do the prayer and D was an extra on the coffee and tea rota, so we all had a job to do today. The speaker was our previous pastor and it was great to see and hear him again. The special collection went to Open Doors, an organisation supporting war torn areas of the middle east. 

And we're just waiting for an apple crumble to cook made with shortbread topping and toffee sauce over the apples. A Dean's crumble recipe, recommended by CBLinks, made by SweetArt. Way to go!
