Cooking

In the morning we went for a wee stroll around Leith and noticed what appeared to be one of our local chefs conducting some sort of experiment in the car park.

Spent the afternoon at an introductory meeting in the Edinburgh Training Centre with some fellow tutors and a bunch of students. Seemed like an excellent bunch, as ever.
