OK, it just is not going to happen with 11 kids ranging from 18 months to 11 years.........But Withers would be proud we kept trying!

This must be my latest ever blip and is almost a back blip. We went to one of our friends at 1pm for a BBQ and we are just home at gone 11pm....I blame Tom Daley and his slinky budgie smugglers (and his great diving, obviously!). His smile as he got his medal was pure gold for me :)

Anyway, today. We had a lovely day with 29 friends - 11 kids and 18 adults, oh and our two dogs. The dogs were so darn good that I do believe two of our friend are getting cockers now! It was a posh BBQ - well no paper plates and REAL wine glasses......There were no tears, no fall outs, lots of laughs and football playing and plenty of boozing naturally. I did take a photo of us all sat down at the HUGE table eating but this sums up the day better - fun and laughter :)

Mr G was drinking meaning I got to to drive the Karmann Ghia home (that must be love!). I shit myself the whole way and looked very similar to the old lady off Driving Miss Daisy! I am predicting a long lie in, in the morning, so I will catch up with you all then - and a slightly smug me as I will have no hangover.
