On the move

Up relatively early to catch the bus to catch the ferry to catch the bus.
A quick chocolate cake at the bus stop at the start was enlivened by the added crunch of a cockroach.
The ferry tootled along sedately and the bus took us to the right place albeit by a v circuitous route.
A steep descent took us down to our apartment by Lichnos beach.
The beach was good enough even for me,to have a swim. An evening meal on the,beach was excellent although proved to,be Tricia's undoing later in the night.
The couple running the Mare Blu were very welcoming and we had to drink their raki discussing Greek politics in a combination of,misunderstood languages.
All very entertaining,and best of all Monsieur offered us a lift up the hill to the bus stop in the morning.
