Evening in Chattanooga, New Orleans style

We had a very busy day with chores around the house today, then capped it off with a drive down to Chattanooga for a very pleasant evening...mass at the Basilica, then down the street to a cajun restaurant that I’d spotted a few weeks ago called Blu Orleans.  Wonderful cajun food, pleasant ambiance and beignet’s to go, enjoyed with a nice cup of coffee once home.  

For those not familiar, NOLA are the initials for New Orleans, Luisiana--the crown jewel of cajun cuisine.
