Over indulged

For some reason I've gone way over my calorie allowance today. That 'some reason' basically boils down to the fact I've eaten too much. Over indulged. Tsk Tsk.

So now I have to pay a little penance and hit the wii-fit for a while. It's not so bad... a few kung fu games and a bit of step should do it. Then I'll be square. Then I can have a glass of wine. (And then have to hit the wii-fit again.)
