Galatea

The Trinity House buoy laying vessel, Galatea on manoeuvres this afternoon, round the SW Goodwin buoy. She is now at anchor in the Downs Anchorage off Deal, where she has been stationed for the last few days.

Rain on and off today and a distinctly cooler feel. Crisp clear air this afternoon. Otherwise not much to report. Except that I've been catching up on the Beck Swedish noir offering from BBC4. There is a strange juxtaposition between the startling violence and Beck's late-career cool-headedness.
