Quirke's

A day of travel back home from Sligo, but a rather relaxed and enjoyable one, first in the company of TJ to Dublin, then by plane and bus and train to reach Ilkley, not feeling in any great rush.

Before getting on the road proper we had a short visit to Sligo town for a flat white from a lovely little cafe discovered by TJ at the start of the trip. On the way there I was entranced by this man and his workshop. He was still involved with these customers on our way back so sadly there was no opportunity to stop and chat. I guessed there would be a story, and indeed there was. Another reason to return!
