Irritable day

I haven't had my swim so no exercise since Wednesday and it's not looking good for next week, so I've been irritable, is it only me that could just screech when I'm irritated? Anyway I took myself out to Port Soif perfect place for rough seas, and there was a nice light on the sea too.
