Exmoor Deer

Got up early and went with a friend off on a deer hunt. Found a lovely large herd - but quite a long way off..... and as I don't yet have a long lens for the Olympus I could not get up close and personal!  However, it was wonderful to see them and see the Big Stag strutting his stuff and hear him roaring. This chap was a smaller interloper with just the one hind and calf that we saw.
Spent a couple of hours watching them and then the mist rolled in so we headed back to the car before the mizzle came.
