Waterfall Wood

On its way to Ullswater the Grizedale Beck tumbles down a series of rocky gorges in Waterfall Wood on the private Patterdale Hall Estates land.  I had permission to be there and was hoping to catch some shots of the salmon leaping up the falls.  Unfortunately they didn't show.  Either I was a bit early or the water was too rough - or both.
