PB

Up early to get Arthur to his sports event at Baycom Amagasaki where he ran his PB of 5:52. Arthur in the middle with his foot on the line. His previous PB was last week and that was 6:24 so he's doing well. He prefers the 100 meter races, though. Anyway, I was going to do lesson prep' this afternoon but the weather's too nice so I'm off to run a 22k. Who knows, maybe I'll run a PB too.

Two hours twenty minutes. Not a PB, but respectable considering the humidity.
